Meet the Doctors
Dr. Elizabeth C Hays DMD & Dr. Michael P Hays DMD
Drs. Elizabeth and Michael have most recently moved from El Paso where Dr. Michael has been serving in the U.S. Army at Ft Bliss. They graduated from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, AZ. Drs. Elizabeth and Michael met at Ave Maria University where they completed their undergraduate degrees in biology and decided to pursue dentistry. They married after their first year of dental school and have 2 children, a 4 year old son Nicholas and an almost 2 year old daughter, Veronica. They enjoy camping, hiking and traveling as a family and are excited to call Odessa home.

Hygienists
Our hygienists have over 20 years of combined experience. They pride themselves in helping you achieve a clean and healthy mouth. Our patients say that they are very gentle and thorough! Tiffany, Elsa, and Lesli are eager to care for you!
Front Office
Tory, Yenia, and Ale are excited to meet you and give you a warm welcome to our practice. They are always happy to help and answer any questions you might have.

Assistants
Jess, Yoli and Julee love to make you feel comfortable during procedures. They all have been trained to assist in all sorts of dental procedures and to care for all our patients. Jess especially loves lab procedures, Julee is our main hygiene assistant, and Yoli keeps track of inventory. They all enjoy assisting with the doctors and you will see all three keeping the office running smoothly.
